Market Analysis 

A Market Analysis is very important when pricing out your rental, looking for an investment property, or looking to purchase a home for yourself. We go through all previous and current listings over the past year and compare them to your current property. This allows us to see what is currently happening and what has already happened to come up with the best price.   

 

In order for us to gather accurate information we come to tour your property and gather information on renovations you've done, the type of utilities used, how many bedrooms/bathrooms, any extra spaces within the home, what your current monthly mortgage payment is, and more. This allows us to accurately price the monthly rent price or list price for your property. 

 

After we have the information listed above is when we put together the market analysis report for you to see possible profits in a range from lowest, mid-range, and highest possible price. We do this for rental properties and selling a home outright. This allows you to have three different situations to be prepared for all types of situations.
